Chicken Roll-Ups

Assemble the ingredients: cream cheese (I used 1/3 less fat), crescent rolls (I used reduced fat), cooked and shredded chicken (I used rotisserie), shredded cheese, salt (not pictured), pepper (not pictured), bread crumbs

Combine chicken, cheeses, salt and pepper. Spoon onto crescents. Roll them up making sure they are sealed around the chicken mixture. Brush tops with butter (optional, but the bread crumbs will stick better) and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Chicken Roll Ups

1-8 oz pkg cream cheese
1-8 ct pkg crescent rolls
2 c shredded, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c grated chedder cheese (or use whatever cheese you want)
1 c grated Monterey Jack (ditto...)
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
bread crumbs
1/4 stick melted butter

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine chicken, cheeses, salt and pepper.
3. Spoon onto crescents. Roll them up making sure they are sealed around the chicken mixture.
4. Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
6. To reheat, just place in a 325 degree oven for 15 minutes. Can also be reheated in the microwave, but it will be a bit deflated and the roll will be tougher.

Review:

These are good! And so are the leftovers. I've made them more than once and I've tried sprinkling them with Italian Seasoning. You could add other seasonings to the chicken mixture if you think they are kind of bland.
